Amana RC22S2 Description
The Amana RC22S commercial microwave oven puts out 2200 watts of power, so it is a good choice for high-volume applications, such as quick-service restaurants, stadiums, and fine dining facilities. A unique top-and-bottom method of heat distribution yields even heating throughout the microwave. Unlike plastic windows, the tempered glass window will not cloud during use, ensuring the user can see into the cabinet without opening the door. The stainless steel exterior and interior are easy to clean and durable for long-term use. A ceramic shelf inside the microwave is sealed and recessed to reduce the risk of edge impact.
Holding a maximum 100 items, the programmable menu on the oven supports the cooking process and makes food consistent. Prep time, labor, and food waste are reduced with the four-stage cooking option and one-touch cooking feature. The Amana RC22S commercial microwave oven has a multiple quantity pad that calculates the correct cook time for two potions at a time.
