          100 % Refund, If returned with all packaging and accessories.
          Missing Parts or accessories will be charged with 25% restoration fee (Decided upon verification)

          Upto 7 Days for Used Products

          (*only store credits)

          15% Restoration Fee. If the product is used and returned with all original accessories and packaging
          25% additional charge for Missing parts or accessories will be charged upon verification

          7 -30 Days for Used Products

          (*only store credits)

          50% value of the machine + additional fees 25% if missing parts, accessories or packaging
          Final decision upon verification only.

           

          DAMAGED, LOST SHIPMENTS:

          Before Shipping any products we do check the condition of product ordered. However the products that are fragile can still be damaged or broken during shipping or transit. The courier service we use or any third party couriers do not accept the responsibility of damaged fragile items or component during the transit if the products involves the glass component or is completely made of glass.

          NOTE: MAKE SURE TO INSPECT THE PRODUCT BEFORE ACCEPTING. IF THE PRODUCT IS DAMAGED, YOU SHOULD INFORM THE DELIVERY PERSON AND MARK THE BILL OF LADING AS "DAMAGED".
