Policies
Return product should be retain with original package with all accessories.
Missing and damaged parts or accessories will be charged additionally. (Decided upon verification)
25% restoration fee and 6% administration fees will be applied on total amount of return products/orders.
6% administration fees will be applied on cancellation of any products/orders.
Additional charge for return shipping will be applied.
Final decision will be made from our administrative department upon verification.

EXCHANGE POLICY:

If customer wish to exchange product the difference needs to be paid or may be deducted from store credit if available.

If the difference is lower than previous product then customer will be paid in store credits.

DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED AND INCORRECT ITEMS POLICY:

At Aroma Espresso Services, we carefully inspect and package orders before shipment. However, in rare cases, an item may arrive damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered.

1. Reporting Damaged or Defective Items

Customers must inspect their order promptly upon delivery.

Any item that arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect must be reported to us within 7 calendar days of the date the order is received.

Claims submitted after this 7-day period may not be eligible for replacement, refund, or other resolution.

2. Required Evidence & Documentation

To help us investigate and process your claim efficiently, you may be required to provide the following:

Proof of Purchase: Sales receipt, purchase invoice, order confirmation, or other official transaction record showing the item purchased.
Proof of Payment: Documentation confirming payment for the order, such as a payment receipt or transaction record.
Photos of the Damage: Clear, high-resolution photos showing:
- The damaged or defective item
- The outer shipping box/package
- All shipping labels and tracking information
- Internal packaging and protective materials
- Any visible damage to the packaging
Description of the Issue: A clear description of the damage, defect, or discrepancy, including when the issue was discovered.

For certain products, we may request additional photographs, videos, serial numbers, or other information necessary to assess the claim.

3. Shipping Damage

If an item appears to have been damaged during shipping, please retain all original packaging materials, including the shipping box, protective materials, labels, and any damaged packaging.

Do not discard or dispose of the packaging until your claim has been reviewed and resolved. The carrier or Aroma Espresso Services may require the packaging for inspection or claim purposes.

4. Defective Products

If a product is found to be defective, we will review the claim and determine the appropriate resolution based on the product, manufacturer warranty, nature of the defect, and applicable terms.

Depending on the circumstances, the resolution may include:

Replacement of the defective item or component
Repair or service
Replacement with an equivalent product
Refund, where applicable

Some products may be subject to the manufacturer's warranty terms and procedures. In such cases, the warranty process may need to be handled directly with the manufacturer or through Aroma Espresso Services on the customer's behalf.

5. Incorrect or Missing Items

If you receive an item that is different from what was ordered, or if an item is missing from your shipment, please notify us within 7 calendar days of delivery.

We may request photographs of the received products, packaging, shipping label, and packing materials to assist with our investigation.

6. Review of Claims

Submitting a claim does not automatically guarantee a refund or replacement. All damage, defect, incorrect-item, and missing-item claims are subject to review.

Once the required information and documentation have been received, Aroma Espresso Services will review the claim and determine the appropriate next steps.

7. Important Notice

Customers are responsible for inspecting their shipment promptly upon delivery and notifying Aroma Espresso Services of any issue within the applicable 7-day reporting period.

Failure to report damage, defects, incorrect items, or missing items within 7 calendar days may result in the claim being declined.

Please retain the original product and packaging until your claim has been fully reviewed and resolved.

Before Shipping any products we do check the condition of product ordered. However the products that are fragile can still be damaged or broken during shipping or transit. The courier service we use or any third party couriers do not accept the responsibility of damaged fragile items or component during the transit if the products involves the glass component or is completely made of glass.

Aroma Espresso Services recommends buying Glass Insurance for product that is completely made of glass or has a glass component. Insurance can be added by clicking here Aroma Glass Insurance Policy.

NOTE: MAKE SURE TO INSPECT THE PRODUCT BEFORE ACCEPTING. IF THE PRODUCT IS DAMAGED, YOU SHOULD INFORM THE DELIVERY PERSON AND MARK THE BILL OF LADING AS "DAMAGED".

*IMPORTANT NOTICE: WE CANNOT HELP YOU OR RESHIP THE PRODUCT IF CUSTOMER HASN'T / HAVEN'T PURCHASED AROMA INSURANCE. ONCE REQUEST HAS BEEN RAISED WE WILL INSPECT THE DAMAGE AND THEN PROCEED.
